1General Terms

basa 8 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Every user must read and understand these terms fully before accessing the platform or using any service.

Each person may create only one account. Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to share the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts may be suspended and their balances cancelled.

2.3 Updating Your Information

Any changes to your name, mobile number, or payment details must be updated in your account in a timely manner. basa 8 is not responsible for payment delays caused by outdated information.

3Age Verification and Identity

Members must be at least 21 years old to participate on basa 8. At the time of registration or at any stage, basa 8 may request verification of a national identity card, passport, or any other valid identification document.

3.1 Use by Minors Prohibited

If a member is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately. Whether any deposited funds are refundable in such cases will be determined at basa 8's discretion, and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 KYC Verification Process

To ensure the security of financial transactions, basa 8 may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in withdrawals being temporarily placed on hold.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

basa 8 supports local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, processing times may vary in cases involving KYC verification or other security reviews.

4.3 Payment Verification

Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. For exceptions, you will need to discuss the matter with the support team. For bank transfers, any recognised Bangladeshi bank account may be used, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

5Bonuses and Promotions

basa 8 offers bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which apply alongside these general terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,200 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 15 times the bonus amount — meaning a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳18,000 in bets.

5.2 Bonus Misuse

Bonuses are for personal use only. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with others to apply any strategy, or attempting to obtain bonuses through any other dishonest means will result in the bonus being cancelled and action being taken against the account.

5.3 Right to Cancel Promotions

basa 8 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice. Once a promotion has expired, it can no longer be claimed.

6Betting and Gaming

The following rules must be followed when participating in basa 8 slots, live casino, cricket betting, and other games.

6.1 Validity of Bets

If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical fault, disconnection, or system issue, basa 8 will make a decision after investigation. Reasonable compensation may be considered where a loss is caused by a confirmed technical error.

6.2 Match Fixing and Fraud

Any form of match fixing, cheating, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are determined by the system of the relevant game provider. basa 8 does not directly intervene in game outcomes. Any dispute regarding a result must be raised with the support team within 48 hours.

6.4 Maximum Win Limits

basa 8 may set maximum win limits for specific games or events. This information will be stated in the details of the relevant game or offer.

7Account Suspension and Closure

basa 8 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Registration using false or incorrect information
• Conducting suspicious financial activity
• Misusing bonuses or operating multiple accounts
• Misconduct towards basa 8 staff
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member who wishes to close their account may submit a request through the support team. Any available balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
